Refund policy

Mystery ball & Lucky scoop products: All sales are final due to their randomized, surprise-based nature. No returns/exchanges for non-quality reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction with contents, personal preference, change of mind).

Non-mystery items: Return window is 30 days from delivery date. Eligibility requires items to be unused, in original condition/packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Damaged/defective items: Only returns/exchanges are accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. Must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.

Refund process: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will email you to notify approval/rejection. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times vary by bank/payment provider.

Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For items over $59, trackable shipping or shipping insurance is recommended.
